Binary Data or Valued Data?

I just downloaded one of my subnets (nxn) into Pajek and noticed that the data are not binary. Are these counts of ties between the websites?

I am able to convert to binary, but just want to be sure what I'm getting. Also, for future reference, am I able to request binary data directly from Voson?

    Yes, you are correct that the edge weights are the number of links between sites. We do not provide the ability to download either binary or valued edge data (only valued) because our expectation is that users will be able to create a binary network from the valued edge data.
