I just set my username/password with your system and went to NodeXL to try the Import. I type my username ([email address supplied]) and the Password I just created, set the dropdown to Voson@Uberlink, but I keep on getting the error "You are not authenticated".
Not sure why -- when I set my Password, they said it was Strong enough and accepted it. Is there a waiting period after establishing your Password before I can get the Import to work?

Sorry you are having trouble logging in. You need to use your username (what you used to sign up for an account at the Uberlink website) as your username, not your email address. In the next version of VOSON+NodeXL (and VOSON System) we will allow users to login with their email address, but for time being it needs to be the username you used to sign up with on the Uberlink website. I'm going to put this on the FAQ on the Uberlink site.

I have the same problem here. Tried to change my psw with a safer, new one, but it didn't work. I tried both Uberlink and ANU, but in vain.
Any solution to my problem?

Trobia's problem with logging into to VOSON was successfully resolved.
If anyone else is having trouble with logging into VOSON (either VOSON System or VOSON+NodeXL), please remember: at present you can't use your email address to login. Please contact support@uberlink.com if you have further problems or else me directly: rob@uberlink.com, and we'll get any problems sorted out.

I’m having problems connecting with VOSON+NodeXL. I have selected the NodeXL menu item ‘Import -> from web 1.0/Blog Network (via VOSON) and typed my username/password but the VOSON login dialog doesn’t work. I keep on getting the error "You are not authenticated". The username is what I used to sign up for my account at the Uberlink website.

Hi - I will follow up with you about this directly, but for anyone else reading this post who has the same problem with authenticating with VOSON+NodeXL can I suggest three steps:
1. check you can login to http://www.uberlink.com (obviously the case for Maria, or else posting to this forum not possible!)
2. try logging into VOSON System: https://voson.uberlink.com.au (this is assuming that VOSON@Uberlink is the service you have access to, which is the case for most people). If the service you have access to (you can find this by looking at the bottom of your profile) is VOSON@ANU, then login to http://voson.anu.edu.au/voson-system
3. if the above two steps don't work, then contact support directly: support@uberlink.com
