Can't download

Hi,

I created a databased based on four seed sites this morning. The email notified me it's ready. When I log into VOSON, I can browse the databases but can't download the GraphHML. A 404 page says:

Not Found

The requested URL /html_delux/VOSON/downloads/goodideas.goodideas_goodideas_DocUtahSeedsImpAN.graphml was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) Server at voson.uberlink.com Port 443

    I've tested this with your account, and I confirm the problem.  I'm looking into it now, and will get back to you when the problem is resolved.

    I can confirm that this is a problem that is affecting all users of VOSON and VOSON+NodeXL.  I've updated the service status page, and we are working to fix the problem.

    This problem has been fixed, as of 3am UTC Wed 24 June. 

    Unfortunately, this problem will have affected the creation of voson-analyis databases (and hence all VOSON "analysis" fuctionality) since 11 June, when a 'problematic' patch was applied to the VOSON software.  Users who ran crawls between 11 June and the time when this problem was fixed are advised to re-create their voson-analysis databases (this can only be done via the web app version of VOSON - https://voson.uberlink.com).  You will have not lost any data (since this is all contained in the voson dbase), but the voson-analysis dbase created e.g. automatically via the crawl or manually by a user will not be correct.
