The user experienced problems discovering inbound links to newspaper articles (zero inlinks). Problems were related to using articles too recent for the inlink data to be generated and collected.
We ran tests and confirmed that the inbound link collection is working, but users need to allow for time for (a) people to link from their websites to the article and (b) search engines (such as our 3rd party inlink provider) to collect the links.
