URLs in upper-case converted to lower-case in www-Hyperlink databases

This query was submitted via support@uberlink.com: VOSON appears to collect URLS in all lower case, which leads the collected URL to not link to the appropriate page, when the site uses case-sensitive URLs. The answer we provided was: By default, VOSON converts all URLs to lowercase before inserting them into the database. The reason for this is to avoid the same page to be represented twice in the database (and hence in the hyperlink network) just because of differences in the capitalisation. This has an impact when a used want to look at the live web page, using the URL stored in VOSON.
